By Alex (6LM) & Aaron (5/6M)
On 25th June, the children from 4K, 3/4T, 3J
and 2/3M had a fantastic day at Sovereign Hill.
They were studying the topic of Inventions and Sovereign Hill was an ideal place
to study this. Lots of parents helped by taking groups of children to look
at all the inventions. They looked at old-fashioned inventions and looked
at how they had changed. The students mixed up old-fashioned medicines and
they tasted disgusting. Children also went gold panning and through the
Red Hill mine and saw lollies being made. The parents, teachers and
students learnt a lot about Inventions and had a great day.
